Do you need an account to place an order?
Nope! You can place an order without creating an account. Remember, becoming a member and creating an account is FREE and has a lot of benefits; create a profile, earn reward points for free gear, be a part of design contests, tag, rate, and review products, share Overload products with your friends, store your order history, submit pictures of yourself, invite your friends, and much more!
How do I open an account?
Easy… create an account now! Enter in your first name, last name, email address and a password you will remember! If you want you can also sign up for our weekly newsletter about new arrivals, brands and events. Remember if you sign up to receive the Overload newsletter you will get 5 reward points automatically! If you have any issues feel free to email us.
What happens if I forgot my username/password?
If you forgot your username and/or password, you can get it here! Submit the email address associated with your account and we’ll send you an email with your username and new password. Once you receive the email, log back into the site to reset your password. Make sure you will remember it!
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
On the bottom of all pages of our site is a sign up for the newsletter.
The Newsletter informs you about hot new product, sweet deals, ongoing contest, events and more!
How do I check my order status?
If you have a user account and were logged in when you placed your order, you can track the status of the order by logging in and accessing your Account and clicking on the 'Orders' tab.
If you’re unable to pull up your order, email us and let us know what information you are entering in which fields and we can check it for correctness.
Was my order placed if I wasn’t sent a confirmation email?
If you completed the check out process, your order most likely was placed. Please check you spam folder for the confirmation email.
If you were signed into your Overload Account when you placed the order, you can go to ‘My Orders’ tab in your Account page to locate the confirmed order.
If all failed, please feel free to email us and we will locate your order for you.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Since we have operations in California, we’re required to collect sales tax for all orders placed in the state of California.
How do Gift Certificates work?
Gift Certificates are available from $10 to $200.
Gift Certificates can be purchased here: Gift Certificates.
If you have a Gift Certificate to use, log into your Account, select the 'Gift Card' tab and input your 'Gift Card Code' and you should be good to go!
Please note: online gift card cannot be redeemed in store. Overload has separate gift certificates for in store purchases.
Is the site secure? Privacy Policy
Any personal information given to Overload will be protected. We will not disclose personal information to any third party. The Overload server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Overload does not store your credit card information at any time.

Is my credit card information secure?
Of course! We do NOT store any credit card information. When your order is complete on our site, you’ll notice the lock icon on the address bar, and you will also notice the http become https. The ‘s’ and the lock means you’re on a secure server.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy about your purchase and the items you received from OverloadExchange.com. If you’re not satisfied with all the items you have received, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit.
We kindly request the following from you in order to reconcile your order:
- Please return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Please return items in their original, unused condition. (Used items will not be able for any credit or return)
- Overloadexchange.com is not responsible for shipping charges associated with merchandise returns or exchanges.
- Please email customerservice@shopoverload.com if you have received the wrong item and we will take care of it at our expense.
Exchange - If you want to exchange an item(s), we’ll send you replacement(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you Overloadexchange..com credit instead. You will just need to pay for shipping the item to us. We will pay for the shipping back to you.
Refund - If you are asking for a refund, you’ll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return. Your refund will be conveyed to you in the original form of payment.
Return Form - Please fill out the return form found in your box, along with your invoice from your order. If you are no longer in possession of the form please email us at customerservice@shopoverload.com and we will email you a return form.

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer UPS and USPS shipping; domestic (US)
UPS Ground (Orders over $50 receive free shipping in the US.)
We also offer USPS Priority International Shipping for customers outside the US.
How much will shipping cost me?
Cost varies depending on weight of item(s) for USPS International, UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
Can I track my shipment?
Absolutely, all of our shipments are trackable! The tracking number will be located on your shipment notification email. If you are having trouble locating it please feel free to email us and we can help you find it!
NOTE: Tracking information is a service provided by UPS and USPS and they do not guarantee every package is fully tracked.
