Return Policy

We want you to be happy about your purchase and the items you received from Overload.  If you’re not thrilled with all the items you have received, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or Overload credit.

We kindly request the following from you in order to process your order:

• Please return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Please return items in their original, unused condition. (Used items will be sent back to the customer)
• $7.00 Shipping Fee on all Domestic Orders - We will send the Return Label once you receive an RMA # ($7.00 will be deducted from your total refund once it has been approved) 
• All International Returns must pay for shipping costs for Returns or Exchanges
• No Restocking Fees
• Please email customerservice@shopoverload.com if you have received the wrong item and we will take care of it at our expense.

Exchange/Store Credit - If you want to exchange an item(s), we’ll send you replacement(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we will issue you shopoverload.com credit instead. You will need to pay $7.00 for shipping the item to us or you may ship the item back to us with your choice of shipping.

Refund - If you are asking for a refund, you’ll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned.  The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.   Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return.  Your refund will be conveyed to you in the original form of payment. 

Return Form - Please fill out the return form found in your box, along with your invoice from your order.  If you are no longer in possession of the form you may download the form here

• In order to process your return, please include the following information
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Order number
  • Item(s) that you’re returning

Return Label Request (USA) - If you would like to request a return label please contact customerservice@shopoverload.com with the subject line labeled: Order # 40000XXXXX Return Label Request. We will deduct $7.00 from your refund.

Return Label Request (International) - You must provide the shipping costs for the package to be sent back. We do not refund any custom charges.
