Fair Credit Billing Act
The FCBA purpose is to protect consumers from unfair billing practices and to provide a mechanism for addressing billing errors in “open end” credit accounts, such as credit card accounts. The Act prohibit your band or credit card processor form holding you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges made to your credit card. If you are held liable for this charge, Overloadexchange.com will reimburse you the $50.
