Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and the items you receive from Overload.  If you’re not thrilled with the items you receive, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or Overload credit.

We kindly request the following from you in order to process your order:

• Please return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Please return items in their original, unused condition. (Used items will be sent back to the customer)
• Overload does not charge a restocking fee
• We do not charge a shipping fee on all domestic returns. We will send you the Return Label once you receive an RMA # 
• All International Returns must pay for shipping costs for Returns or Exchanges
• Please email customerservice@shopoverload.com if you have received the wrong item and we will take care of it at our expense.

Exchange/Store Credit - Exchange/Store Credit - If you want to exchange an item(s), we’ll send you replacement(s) at no charge. If the item(s) you request is no longer available when the return is processed, we will issue you Overload credit instead. You will need to pay $7.00 to ship the item to us, or you may ship the item to us with your own choice of shipping.

Refund - If you request a refund, you’ll only be reimbursed for the item(s) returned.   Please allow 10-14 business days to process your return.  Your refund will be conveyed back to you in the original manner of payment. 

Return Form - Please fill out the return form found in your box, along with your invoice from your order.  If you are no longer in possession of the form you may download the form here

Please indicate what you are returning and why. 

  • Indicate if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or shopoverload.com credit. 
  • In order to process your return, please include the following information
    • Name
    • Email address
    • Order number
    • Item(s) that you’re returning

 

Return Label Request (USA) - If you would like to request a return label, please contact customerservice@shopoverload.com with the subject line labeled: Order # 40000XXXXX Return Label Request. 

Return Label Request (International) - You must provide the shipping costs for the package to be sent back. We do not refund any custom charges.
