CUSTOM GRAPHIC ORDERS

In the Special Instructions section, please include:

✔ Your desired graphic placement
✔ Your preferred finished print width or height in inches
✔ Any specific positioning requests
✔ Your size breakdown and color preferences for multiple garments
✔ Any additional details needed to prepare your proof

Common placements include left chest, center chest, full front, upper back and full back. Front graphics must be positioned so they do not cross or overlap the kangaroo-pocket seams. The available print area may vary depending on the garment size.

If you’re unsure about the ideal graphic size or placement, let us know and we’ll recommend an appropriate option.

We can work with most common image formats, but a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is strongly preferred when you do not want a background printed around your graphic. JPEG files do not support transparency. All printed elements must be set to 100% opacity; semi-transparent elements and effects cannot be reproduced.

A digital proof will be emailed to the address used for your order within one business day, Monday through Friday. Please review the artwork size, placement and order details carefully. Production begins once your proof has been approved.

Please allow up to 10 business days for completion following proof approval. Changes requested after approval may delay production and incur additional charges.

Custom graphic orders under $400 incur a $40 artwork handling fee, automatically added to your cart.
